We are currently developing our own live streaming platform — exclulive.com — and preparing for a strategic global launch.
We are looking for an experienced Growth or Marketing Consultant with proven, hands-on experience in the adult entertainment industry, specifically in cam sites, live streaming platforms, or performer-based marketplaces (e.g., Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, MyFreeCams, etc.).
This is not an entry-level role. We require demonstrable, relevant experience. General digital marketers without adult industry background will not be considered.
What we need your help with: Audit our platform (currently in late development) and advise on key features, UX/UI, and monetization mechanics that drive performer acquisition, viewer retention, and revenue; Recommend user acquisition strategies that work in 2024–2025 for Tier-1 markets (US, CA, EU), considering current ad platform restrictions; Advise on traffic channels (native, push, email, SEO, affiliate, etc.) that are effective and compliant in the adult vertical; Support in building a go-to-market strategy for both performers and end-users. Requirements: ✅ Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in marketing, growth, or product strategy within the adult webcam/live streaming industry; ✅ Proven track record of working with or launching cam sites, live platforms, or adult marketplaces; ✅ Deep understanding of performer economics, viewer behavior, and traffic acquisition in restricted verticals; ✅ Familiarity with adult ad networks (e.g., TrafficJunky, ExoClick, AdCombo) and alternative acquisition channels; ✅ Fluent English (written and spoken); ✅ Portfolio, case studies, or verifiable references from past adult industry projects.
