I run a domiciliary care agency, and sponsor employees. We currently have a subscription to Borderless, which helps us manage the sponsors and acts as a repository for the candidate information, however, we pay a monthly fee and use the platform very little. I was keen to instead use a freelancer to handle the SMS system and COS applications moving forwards to save cost. This would involve change of circumstances, COS requests and renewals, and most importantly, COS assignment and Visa processing. I think the best way to do this would be to pay an hourly rate, but if you could give a guide as to how much it would cost to, for example, do a COS assignment, that would help me get an understanding of pricing.
