We’re looking for someone experienced in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to manage our campaigns. You’ll have full control over how you run the ads — treat it like your own business. If you think using one platform or multiple is best, that’s fine. Your goal is to generate leads efficiently and effectively.
Our ad budget starts at around £200 per month. For your time, I can offer a basic rate of £65 per month. You won’t need to monitor ads 24/7 — an hour every day or two is enough to check performance.
On top of that, you’ll earn commission for **every lead**, regardless of whether it converts into a sale. When a lead is converted, 50% of the sale goes to our business, and 50% goes straight back into your ad budget. This means your marketing pot can grow with your performance — bigger pot, more leads, more potential earnings — all with very low risk since you’re only investing your time.
To give an idea: in our area, one converted lead is worth roughly £200. That means I keep £100, and £100 goes back into your campaigns. You’ll always earn commission on **each lead**, not just the converted ones, so your effort directly translates into earnings.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is motivated, reliable, and results-driven. Your earnings are tied directly to how well the campaigns perform, so the better you make the ads work, the more you earn.
