Project GHGTC-23A is an upgrade of Project GHGTC-2 from three electrolyzers to fourteen (14) electrolyzers and is designed to work as an on-grid clean flexible power plant. (Project GHGTC-2 is off-grid.) Also, I replaced the vertical axis wind turbines, FX 30kW, with FX 200000W and the power plant has (78) FX 200000W vertical axis wind turbines and I kept those three horizontal axis wind turbines (500kW each one).
I kept the hydrogen storage exactly how it is in Project GHGTC-2 and I eliminated those three RVs on the south side of the hydrogen production facility.
