Project Summary We’re a new data-analytics and BI consultancy headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We provide clients with data cleansing, hosting, and Power BI reporting as a one-stop solution. We need a skilled developer / agency to build: 1. A modern marketing website 2. A secure client portal for file uploads and tracking Both must be hosted in the UAE region (Azure or equivalent) and align with GDPR + UAE data-residency compliance. ________________________________________ Scope of Work 1️⃣ Marketing Website • Responsive pages: Home / Services / About Us / Industries / Contact / Pricing / Client Portal / Blog / Contact / Careers • Modern, clean UI — light tech-oriented feel • SEO-ready, Google Analytics, LinkedIn pixel • SSL + basic security firewall • Hosting within UAE
2️⃣ Client Portal • Sub-domain → portal.TBC.com • Secure login / MFA (Azure AD B2C or similar) • Clients can: o Register and manage projects o Upload files (CSV, Excel, JSON etc.), which then starts a Pyhton script to cleanse the data, once cleansed a Power BI refresh is kicked off o Track cleansing/reporting progress o Be able to download cleansed files o Be able to view Power BI report (if applicable) • Azure Blob Storage (UAE) + Power Automate integration (Possibly) • Audit trail of all user actions • Admin console for us to manage users and deliverables ________________________________________ Deliverables • Full website + portal live on our domains • Source code + Git repository • Deployment scripts + documentation • 1-year bug-fix support option ________________________________________ Tech Preferences although open to suggestions • Frontend: React / Next.js / Angular • Backend: Azure Functions / Node.js / .NET Core • Database: Azure SQL/ AWS/ *Other* (UAE region) • Reporting: Power BI Embedded ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience building data/analytics or SaaS portals ✅ Strong UI/UX design capability ✅ Clear communication & structured milestones ________________________________________ How to Apply Please include: • Portfolio / sample links of similar projects • Tech stack proposal + hosting plan • Estimated cost + timeline • Maintenance / SLA options
