1. AI CV Redaction Integration Integrate the CVs Redactor API app into your WorkScout job application process. When a candidate uploads their CV (PDF or DOCX), the system will automatically send it to the API, receive the redacted version, and securely store both the original and redacted files in WordPress.
2. Redacted CV Handling (Before Shortlisting) Employers will only be able to see the redacted CV before shortlisting. The original (unredacted) file will stay hidden from them at this stage.
3. Shortlisting Logic (Unlock Original CV) When an employer shortlists a candidate, the system will automatically unlock and show the original CV, replacing the redacted version for that candidate.
