When a candidate uploads their CV (PDF or DOCX), the system will automatically send it to the API, receive the redacted version, and securely store both the original and redacted files in WordPress.
2. Redacted CV Handling (Before Shortlisting) Employers will only be able to see the redacted CV before shortlisting. The original (unredacted) file will stay hidden from them at this stage.
