I’m looking for someone experienced in email marketing, copy writing, and HubSpot to help me revamp and relaunch an email campaign we sent out earlier this year — which sadly didn’t perform as well as we’d hoped!
We’ve recently had a new HubSpot website built and have moved all of our email marketing over to HubSpot, so I’d also like someone who can create and set up the campaign within HubSpot for us (templates, workflows, etc.).
I’ve done a fair bit of research and have a few thoughts about why the last campaign might have under performed — but the more I read, the more I’m confusing myself! I’d love an expert to look at it all properly and help me move forward.
Here’s where I think the issues might be:
The data I bought might not have been great. Or maybe the data wasn’t awful, but the copy didn’t hit the mark (after reading Hormozi, I’m questioning the messaging!). Possibly a bit of both! Maybe the format didn’t help — it was more visual, whereas a plain-text, left-aligned version might have landed better.
Since moving from Mailchimp to HubSpot, open rates have dropped, and I’ve lost some functionality because I’m only on the basic package — not sure if it’s worth upgrading.
Basically, I’d love some help to:
Review what we sent before (copy, structure, audience, and data) Identify what probably went wrong Refresh or rewrite the copy so it connects better Advise on email format, design, and send strategy Build and launch the new campaign in HubSpot
Help me interpret the results so we can keep improving
