I’m seeking an experienced developer or technical consultant to help build a confidential, data-driven coaching and performance system for an established UK-based brand.
The platform will manage structured user data, generate dynamic reports, and automate workflows between Airtable (or a similar database tool) and an existing membership website.
Because this project involves proprietary intellectual property, all core details (system architecture, data structure, logic, and brand specifics) will only be disclosed after signing a Mutual NDA.
Initial Scope (High-Level Summary):
Design and set up a relational database (Airtable or alternative).
Build and link data tables (users, progress, performance metrics, feedback).
Create automation logic for reports, summaries, and notifications.
Integrate database with a WordPress-based membership portal via API/webhooks.
Optionally integrate AI-generated summaries and insights (prompting logic provided).
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Strong Airtable or automation platform expertise (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
Experience with webhooks, APIs, and WordPress integration (MemberPress knowledge a plus).
Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for text automation is beneficial.
Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
Reliable communication and ability to document processes clearly.
Project Structure:
Initial fixed-term contract (approx. 6 weeks)
Milestone-based payments
Ongoing collaboration potential after initial build
All work performed under NDA and IP assignment agreement
