We are looking for a quotation to provide works on completing the requirements for the surrender of an existing commercial lease for existing tenant, and creation of new lease for the new tenant, including a new rent deposit deed between the landlord and new tenants.
The heads of terms have already been agreed via the estate agent - between the existing tenant (myself), the new tenant, and the landlord.
I can provide a copy of the existing lease, but for now just looking for an estimation of cost please.
We're had a quote for the works, using the landlords solicitor, however the quote seems excessive, so looking for a more sensible quotation for the works.
