I am looking for an administration assistant/PA to assist with administrative tasks within my building surveying business.
The PA must be UK based and speak English and be willing to make calls to UK numbers via our online phone system.
The key tasks in the short term will be:
1. Responding to quote enquiries via email 2. Making calls to UK based client who prefer quote enquiries over the phone. 3. Inputting enquiry details into the CRM and creating quotations. 4. Assisting in managing my diary. 5. Arranging access to properties through estate agents and vendors. 6. Creating and sending terms of engagement and invoices where required.
I am looking for a PA to work on an ad hoc/freelance basis in the first instance, however, I would like to build the number of tasks you will be responsible for over time, working towards a more full time role and assisting with other projects.
The business is a building surveying firm, so previous experience with property, estate agency etc would be beneficial but not essential.
