We are looking for a designer specialized in developing visual identities, brand manuals, and dynamic websites for international projects in the field of health and social innovation. The selected professional should have experience in creating consistent and recognizable brand systems, ensuring coherence across different communication formats.
The project, SHAPE (Hospital System for Physical Activity and Engagement), aims to prevent dependency in hospitalised older adults through an innovative pathway based on adapted physical activity (APA). It involves several European hospitals and promotes a progressive care model that integrates exercise into hospital rehabilitation, follow-up, and community programs.
The assignment includes creating a coherent visual identity and brand manual for the project, ensuring consistency across all partners and communication materials. In addition, the designer will develop a dynamic and multilingual website that serves both as an institutional platform and a hub for dissemination of results, including news, a blog, downloadable resources (white paper, implementation kit), and multimedia content such as videos and testimonials.
The site should include sections such as Home, About, Hospitals, Blog, Resources, Press, and Contact, with intuitive navigation and accessible design principles suitable for an audience that includes older adults. A clear CMS structure is expected, allowing easy updates by project partners.
The work will also involve preparing templates for communication and visibility, including social media materials (images and short video templates), a newsletter format, and PowerPoint templates for internal and external presentations.
We value previous experience in health, aging, or accessibility-focused projects, as well as familiarity with multilingual site development and basic SEO performance. The ability to integrate light animations, icons, and graphic coherence across formats will be an advantage.
We will provide all project documentation, including objectives, text content, and the outline of deliverables such as the white paper and implementation kit
