The role involves completing new and renewal applications via council portals, creating accounts where needed, and arranging any expired safety certificates (Gas, EICR, EPC, and PAT). You should have proven experience with property licensing, a strong lettings or management background, and be confident working across multiple council systems. The goal is to have all applications completed within 5–7 days.
