Here’s what I need each week: • Add any new SKUs I supply, complete with polished titles, engaging short descriptions, correct specs, pricing, stock, and high-resolution images. • Refresh existing listings when I send price changes, inventory adjustments, or updated creatives. • Optimise every listing for search and conversion using TikTok’s native keyword, hashtag, and promotion features. • Provide a quick recap every Friday (spreadsheet or Seller Center export) so I can track what went live, what was edited, and what still needs my input.
The product data, images, and brand guidelines will be provided in Google Drive; you simply import and refine inside TikTok Shop. Familiarity with bulk upload templates, variant mapping, and image compression tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be a plus because I prefer crisp, on-brand visuals.
Accuracy and consistency are more important to me than sheer speed, though I still expect the weekly batch to be completed within 48 hours of receiving the content. If you’ve already handled catalogue management for another TikTok Shop or similar marketplace, send a short example or screen grab with obscured sensitive data so I can see your formatting style.
