Role Overview
We’re looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who can take our LinkedIn presence to the next level. Your role will focus on growing our community, generating qualified leads, and delivering measurable ROI through both organic and paid strategies.
You’ll work closely with our digital marketing and content teams to build brand authority and drive conversions across the LinkedIn ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad Campaigns (Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Engagement) to achieve a minimum of 3x ROI.
Strategically grow our LinkedIn Company Page to 60,000+ followers within the first 12 months.
Drive 1,000+ qualified leads per quarter through creative and targeted campaigns.
Develop audience targeting strategies that improve click-through rates by 20% and reduce cost per lead by 15%.
Manage posting schedules, content engagement, and brand interactions to build an active community.
Track performance metrics and prepare clear, data-backed reports on ad spend, engagement, and conversion.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with our overall business goals.
Continuously test, learn, and implement best practices to maximize campaign efficiency and audience engagement.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Management.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics, ROI optimization, and lead generation funnels.
Experience managing and growing LinkedIn Company Pages.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
