Overview We run uspresidentsclub.com, a U.S. heritage/presidential-themed e-commerce brand. I want to expand into women’s merchandise, like accessories and lifestyle gifts, and I need an experienced researcher to provide a data-driven product roadmap.
Scope of work - Analyze U.S. market trends for women’s patriotic/heritage products. - Research competitors on Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram. - Recommend 15–25 high-potential products, including jewelry, bags, scarves, pins, accessories, and lifestyle giftables. - Provide pricing benchmarks, target profit margins, and sourcing options. - Suggest suppliers (POD, wholesale, ODM) with MOQ and lead times. - Deliver a short action plan for the top 10 products to launch first, including a 90-day test plan. - Create a research deck or PDF summary (10–15 pages). - Provide a spreadsheet with competitor/product data and supplier leads. - Deliver an action plan with pricing and sourcing recommendations.
