I am looking for a creative, consistent, and growth-minded thumbnail designer to establish and execute a strong visual style that drives clicks, builds brand recognition, and supports long-term channel growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Thumbnail Design: Create 4–8 thumbnails per month, each with 2–3 style variants for A/B/C testing. Variants will not be counted as additional thumbnails.
Brand Style Development: Establish a consistent thumbnail style that is recognizable, eye-catching, and aligned with the channel’s theme.
Team Collaboration: Join the team Slack workspace to coordinate with the team, share drafts, and brainstorm ideas for optimising click-through rate (CTR).
Performance-Oriented Mindset: Be open to analysing CTR data to improve thumbnail performance over time.
Compensation
Rate: $15 per thumbnail
Monthly Earnings: $60–$120 (based on 4–8 thumbnails per month)
Growth Opportunity: As the channel grows and CTR improves, both workload and pay will increase. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the channel and benefit from its success.
Ideal Candidate
Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails or similar digital marketing design work.
Understanding of visual psychology and what drives clicks (color theory, facial emphasis, typography, contrast, etc.).
Reliable and able to deliver on a schedule.
Excited about being part of a growing channel and motivated to help increase engagement.
Team player with strong communication skills.
