We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy professional and two growing brands. This role is part-time (approx. 10 hours per week) with flexible working but must include availability during UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities • Email and calendar management (scheduling, reminders, follow-ups). • Drafting, proofreading, and sending correspondence (impeccable English required). • Document organisation and light research tasks. • Assisting with event planning, booking, and coordination. • Supporting social media and community initiatives (liaising with team members when needed). • General admin support across multiple projects.
Requirements • Available at least a few hours daily, Monday–Friday (UK time). • Proven experience as a PA, VA, or Executive Assistant. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail. • Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, and basic project management tools). • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Hours & Compensation • Approx. 10 hours per week (with flexibility). • Please provide your hourly rate in USD.
