We are looking for a talented digital content creator to develop compelling visual and written content for Meta marketing campaigns. The goal is to drive engagement and conversions from four distinct target audiences:
1) Education Candidates in London area and the South West: teachers, teaching assistants, and other school-based staff looking for their next opportunity. Goal: Get them to register with Jackson Hayes 2) School Leaders / Hiring Managers in London area and the South West: Headteachers and senior school staff responsible for recruitment. Goal: Inspire them to choose Jackson Hayes over standard recruitment agencies 3) French-speaking Education Professionals: Candidates fluent in (or native) French, based in the UK (London area and the South West) or abroad. Goal: Attract them to register with us for roles in French and international schools in the UK and abroad. 4) French and International schools: across the UK and internationally, looking for bilingual (French/English) and qualified staff. Goal: Position Jackson Hayes as their go-to recruitment partner.
What We Need: Digital ad content for Meta (static + short-form video, if possible) tailored to each of the 4 audiences above. Strong, on-brand messaging aligned with our purpose-driven identity. Creative that reflects our Cornwall-inspired visual identity (ocean, sand, nature tones, using our brand guidelines).
Ideal Freelancer: - Experienced in Meta marketing or content creation for digital advertising - Understands values-based or mission-driven branding - Strong portfolio of ad creatives (please share examples!) - Bonus if you’ve worked with education, recruitment, or BCorp/purpose-driven organisations
Deliverables: -4 tailored ad creatives (static or video, with copy) - one for each audience - Clear calls-to-action and messaging
