Expected duration: Ongoing Virtual Assistant (5–6 hrs per month, £15–£20ph)
We are a small UK business looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with excellent admin skills to support us for around 5–6 hours per month. Regular ongoing work is available for the right person and more hours may be offered as time goes on.
Key Responsibilities: - Add entries to our team diary - Manage our CRM: updating client information and passing on details to team members - Assist with email management (once other tasks are covered) - Support social media creation/management - (Optional) Bookkeeping support in Xero: reconciling, receiving, inputting and approving receipts & invoices
Preferred Experience: - Dubsado (preferred but not essential) - Trello, Zapier, Xero, Excel/Google Sheets - Mailchimp/MailerLite, Monday, ChatGPT - Marketing: creating lead magnets and newsletters (bonus) - Wedding industry experience (advantageous)
Essential Skills: - High attention to detail - Excellent English (language and literature skills) - Great communication skills - Flexible, proactive, easy to work with, responsive - Able to work independently and as part of a team
