Job Opportunity: Meta Ads Specialist (agency targeting UK Service Businesses)
About Us
We are a growing start-up agency in the UK looking to establish a long-term collaboration with a skilled Meta Ads professional. Our immediate need is to run campaigns for the start-up agency and then i will upsell ads management to my clients, service businesses, with the vision to expand and offer white-labeled Meta Ads solutions to our future clients.
What We’re Looking For
Meta Ads expertise with proven results in generating leads/sales for service-based businesses (preferably in the UK market).
Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns: strategy, setup, targeting, creative testing, optimisation, and reporting.
Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary Meta Ads techniques (Advantage+ campaigns, Conversion API setups, lead forms vs landing pages, creative testing, etc.).
Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
Availability during UK working hours for meetings and updates.
Prompt responsiveness and proactive communication.
Preferably with Meta Blueprint Certification or other verifiable credentials.
Scope of Work (Initial Campaign)
Audit and strategy proposal for a test campaign targeting UK service businesses.
Campaign setup (pixel/CAPI, audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements).
Ongoing optimisation for lead quality and cost-effectiveness.
Weekly reporting + insights.
Future Scope (White Label Partnership) If the collaboration proves successful, we envision scaling this into multiple client campaigns where you’ll operate as a white-label partner for our agency.

Competitive pricing is key (we’re a start-up, cost-efficiency matters, and to offer ad management to my clients).
