Expected duration: less than 1 week I’m looking for an Azure expert to build an end-to-end audio dubbing pipeline on Azure — Speech-to-Text (STT), automatic translation (EN → PT-BR), text cleanup, and SSML-driven Text-to-Speech (TTS).
The solution should use Azure Functions/Durable Functions, Speech Service, Translator, and Blob Storage to deliver a simple, efficient workflow with high-quality, natural-sounding audio.
Scope of work
- Design and build a complete audio dubbing workflow using Azure services. - Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) to transcribe original audio with timestamps. - Implement automatic translation (EN → PT-BR) to convert transcribed text to the target language. - Clean and preprocess text, ensuring accurate and natural speech generation. - Generate final audio using Text-to-Speech (TTS) with SSML for natural prosody and voice quality.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Azure developer with expertise in Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Speech Services, and SSML. Previous experience with audio processing workflows and cost optimization is highly preferred.
