Description:	We are an established e-commerce brand seeking an experienced, UK-based Paid Ads Consultant to support us with our Christmas advertising campaigns. Role Requirements: Must be UK-based and work in the same time zone as us Native English speaker Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram Experience with TikTok advertising is highly desirable Ability to analyse historical data from our previous Christmas campaigns and apply insights to maximise performance Proven track record of delivering tangible results for e-commerce brands. Scope of Work: Ad hoc role starting with our peak Christmas period (November – December 2025) Review and optimise ad strategy to ensure powerful and high-converting campaigns Help us monetise our busiest season as effectively as possible Potential for ongoing work after the Christmas campaign depending on performance and business needs. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrable success in managing and scaling paid social campaigns (please provide specific examples/case studies) Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and bring creative ideas to the table Someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable collaborating in an ad hoc consulting capacity.
