Textbook Writer (GCSE English Language & Literature)
We are a tutoring platform specialising in in-person and virtual tuition with a dedicated centre in Norbury. As we expand our offering and client base, we are aiming to develop a series of in-house textbooks for GCSE English Language & Literature that will push our students towards achieving a level 9.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking talented Literature graduates with strong writing and research skills to join our team as textbook writers. You should have in-depth knowledge of the GCSE English curriculum, and a passion for literature and the pedagogy of literature. You should be able to produce high quality writing within tight deadlines. In this role, you will develop original educational content based on a pre-existing textbook template. Familiarity with AI and other digital tools is an advantage, provided they are used responsibly to enhance your output without compromising on quality.
Responsibilities:
● Write and edit thematic summaries, exercises, and supplementary material for GCSE English textbooks. ● Conduct research to ensure accuracy and alignment with curriculum standards. ● Adapt complex literary concepts into clear, student-friendly explanations. ● Deliver content within agreed deadlines. ● In-depth knowledge of literature, pedagogy, and the English GCSE curriculum.

All the above are needed. For now we need one for Inspector Calls, Macbeth and Power and Conflict. A robust sample will be given which would need to be followed. Knowledge on the book is a MUST so please only bid if you have read the inspector calls.
The fee is for Inspector Calls, Power and Conflict and also Macbeth. ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE READ THE 3 BOOKS AND HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF IT!
