About Us CR Vacation Properties manages a premier collection of 24 luxury villas in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer (or design agency) to create a high-end coffee table style book that showcases our villas. This book will be displayed in each property as both a marketing piece and a guest experience enhancement.
Project Scope
Format: Coffee table style book (print-ready, full color, high resolution).
Number of Properties: 24 villas.
Structure:
One dedicated cover design for each villa.
Inside layout:
One full page with a large hero image and property description.
2–3 additional pages per property featuring more images (interior, exterior, amenities, views) with descriptive text.
Overall Look & Feel: Elegant, minimal, modern design with emphasis on luxury travel aesthetics. The layout should highlight stunning photography while maintaining brand consistency with CR Vacation Properties.
Deliverables
Print-ready PDF of the full coffee table book.
Source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or other agreed formats).
Guidelines for reprinting and future property additions.
