PowerPoint Training Deck Creation – D&C Operations Manual SOP We are seeking a freelancer to design a professional PowerPoint training presentation based on our Design & Construction Operations Manual (Standard Operating Procedures). The goal is to translate our written SOP into a clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-follow training slide deck for internal team use. Scope of Work: Review and understand the provided SOP document (Word format). Develop a PowerPoint training deck that summarizes key sections, workflows, and processes. Use visuals, icons, and diagrams to simplify complex information. Ensure consistency in layout, branding (we will provide brand guidelines/logo), and professional design. Create slides that are training-focused (i.e., highlight key points, process flows, and decision steps rather than dense text). Include placeholders for facilitator notes where needed. Deliverables: Editable PowerPoint file (.pptx) Approx. 25–40 slides (final count to be agreed upon based on content). One to two design options for initial review before finalizing. Requirements: Strong experience creating professional training or SOP-based presentations. Ability to distill complex written material into clear, engaging visuals. Familiarity with corporate/professional design standards. Previous work samples required. Nice to Have: Experience with construction, real estate development, or project management content. Timeline: Draft version within 1 week of project start. Final deck within 2 weeks, including revisions
