We are seeking a dedicated Tech Company Assistant to streamline our candidate onboarding process at our rapidly expanding technology firm. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the friendly voice contacting applicants, elucidating our hiring procedures, addressing common inquiries, and meticulously documenting updates within our spreadsheets and email correspondences.
Attention to detail is paramount as we currently utilize manual onboarding processes. Proficiency in English or Hindi, along with the ability to adhere to written checklists and manage basic computer tasks, will ensure your success in this role.
Daily responsibilities include initiating calls to candidates, confirming interview schedules, guiding them through necessary documentation, and accurately recording outcomes in our shared Google Sheets and email logs. Additionally, you will identify and report any issues such as missed calls or scheduling conflicts for prompt resolution.
