We’re Key Mates Property Partners, a growing property business providing high-quality homes for NHS and care professionals across Berkshire and Surrey. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support us as we expand. This role is part-time with flexible hours and can be managed remotely.
Scope of work - Create and post room adverts on property platforms - Communicate with prospective tenants and arrange viewings - Draft and send rental agreements - Manage ongoing tenant communication (queries, updates, inspections) - Update and maintain our tenant/landlord database - Liaise with landlords and tradespeople (gardeners, cleaners, handymen) - Manage and update our social media accounts - Provide general admin support
