We're a property company based in London. The government has new energy efficiency regulations starting next year where all properties need to meet an EPC rating C.
We have 34 properties which are EPC rated D or E and we need to bring up to EPC C within the next 4 months. The project would include
- liasing with the homeowners to explain what works need to be done and keep homeowners updated throughout the project - Exploring funding opportunities to assist homeowners with the work - Get the properties reassessed for EPC C rating
We are looking for someone to give us a fixed project price to get all 34 properties compliantly at epc C rating.
Preferrable candidates will have:
