The Role We’re looking for a UK-based Virtual Sales Representative (aged 25–35) to be the first point of contact for new leads. These will mostly be introductory calls with potential clients who want to know who we are and what we do – not high-value, project-specific negotiations (those are handled by our directors).
You’ll represent Kingpin with confidence and energy, clearly communicating our vision and leaving potential clients with a strong first impression.
Responsibilities • Take introductory calls with new leads (Google Meets/phone). • Communicate Kingpin’s story, vision, and services in an engaging way. • Build quick rapport and represent the agency with professionalism. • Qualify leads and hand over to directors for deeper conversations. • Maintain accurate notes of conversations and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For • From the UK, aged 25–35 (to align with our client profile and brand tone). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Personable, confident, and able to “sell the vision.” • Sales, business development, or client-facing background. • Proactive, well-organised, and reliable, able to learn about our business, story and directors quickly and retell the information fluently. • Strong phone/Video Call presence with good energy.
Compensation • Hourly rate (based on experience). • Small commission bonus for landed projects originating from your calls.

Time Requirement / Commitment We will start with 1-2 20 minute calls per week, and ramp up slowly based on client demand. This would be an ongoing arrangement.
