Whitepaper Design - The Enterprise eSIM Revolution
Hello!
Overview We have a word document (14 content pages + front and back cover = 16 pages total) that requires professional whitepaper design.
The audience is enterprise CIOs and IT leaders. The design should follow the look and feel of the attached reference (The CIO’s Guide to eSIM). SureSIM is the sponsor, but branding should only appear in clearly marked “Sponsor Spotlight” callouts — not throughout the main content.
Scope of Work
Full design and layout of a 16-page whitepaper. Design style inspired by the reference guide provided, including: Clean, modern spreads with strong visuals. Clear section dividers and consistent typography (Aptos Family) Infographics and iconography to illustrate lists and use cases. Integration of Sponsor Spotlight callout boxes (3–5 across the document).
Visual elements to include:
“Top 10 Use Cases” infographic. Competitive landscape table/diagram. Implementation checklist. Pull quotes and breakout stats. Neutral corporate palette (dark blues/greys with one accent). Sponsor colours only in Spotlight boxes.
Deliverables
First draft design delivered by 24th [Month] 2025 (latest). Final designed whitepaper in PDF format (digital + print-ready). Editable Canva file (so we can easily update internally).
What We Provide
Finalised Word manuscript. Sponsor logos, award graphics Reference guide (The CIO’s Guide to eSIM) for design inspiration.
Style Direction
Neutral, analyst-report style targeted at CIOs. Professional, authoritative design - not overly promotional. Clean layouts, good use of white space, strong readability. Sponsor branding limited to Spotlight boxes.
Timeline
First draft due: Tuesday 22nd Final delivery: within 1 week of feedback
Experience Required
Proven experience in whitepaper/report design. Strong Canva design skills (must deliver editable file). Familiarity with corporate/enterprise design styles.
