I need a Microsoft Teams specialist who can walk my small internal comms team through the advanced webinar feature set—specifically Custom Live Events. The focus is on two areas:
• Event setup & configuration • Managing presenters and attendees in real time
During a single remote session (≈60 minutes), I’d like you to demonstrate a complete workflow—from scheduling the live event and assigning roles, to best-practice backstage management once we go live. Please incorporate tips on permissions, lobby settings, screen-sharing etiquette, and contingency planning for presenter hand-offs.
After the session, I expect a concise PDF or slide deck that recaps the key steps, plus guidance we can share with new team members. Recordings of the walkthrough are welcome if it helps future reference. Experience running large-scale Teams Live Events is essential; familiarity with admin center policies, producer controls, and Teams-Stream integration will be a plus.
