I am currently working on a 2D (basic) animation feature film. The images are all digitally drawn. Unfortunately, the artist broke his promise and did not provide his artwork in 4k quality (the resolution that I asked for). Therefore, my entire film is patchy, some shots are high in quality, and some are very poor in quality.
I don't even know if this is possible. But I need someone to convert the entire film into 4k and above. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro thus I have flexibility in saving the video file. However, I would rather not compress the film yet as I still have more work to add to it.
Is there anybody out there that can help me out?!
P.s. the duration of the feature film is around 80minutes.
