Your primary responsibilities will involve contacting a curated list of over 100 OEM/ODM manufacturers utilizing a provided email template, gathering essential information regarding MOQs, formulation fees, certifications, lead times, and pricing. You will maintain a clear and organized spreadsheet to track responses, follow up when necessary, and ultimately recommend the top 3–5 manufacturers suitable for a startup skincare brand. Proficiency in English, experience in outreach, and exceptional organizational skills are essential. This project is critical for our brand's launch, and we require a reliable and proactive individual to assist us.
