FULL JOB DESCRIPTION This role is centred on sales and the conversion of enquiries into booked consultations. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, manage objections, and secure appointments. Exact wordings and proven processes must be followed with precision. Strong listening skills are required, with calm and professional handling of objections expected as standard. Fluent spoken English, exactly as it is used in England, is essential. You must be able to write in British English with correct grammar and spelling at all times. An understanding of the difference between nouns and verbs, and the variations in British spelling in legal and compliance contexts, will be required. The ability to demonstrate these skills during the recruitment process will be a key part of selection. You will also be expected to demonstrate persuasive sales ability and listening skills in a live Zoom interview after the initial qualification stage. Experience within property or landlord services is advantageous, though not essential. Familiarity with CRMs, diary management, and accurate minute-taking will add value. The role will commence at a low hourly rate with commission paid on results. Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential. You must thrive under pressure and deliver consistent results. The right candidate will play a central role in generating revenue and driving the company’s growth. Technical Requirements High-speed internet is essential for internet telephony and online systems. A reliable computer, microphone, and headset must be in place to ensure professional call handling. This role is fully remote and can be performed from any location where these standards are met.
