We’re looking for a talented Womenswear Designer to join our team and bring creativity, speed, and commercial awareness to our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing across our full womenswear range, from dresses and occasionwear to casual and resort styles, ensuring every piece is trend-led and market ready.
What You’ll Do • Design across core womenswear categories: Dresses & Occasionwear, Tops & Blouses, Knitwear & Layering, Bottoms, and Casual/Resortwear. • Develop commercial, trend-driven designs in line with brand DNA and seasonal direction. • Create detailed tech packs that can be easily executed by suppliers. • Work closely with factories and suppliers on fabric sourcing, fit approvals, and product development. • Research trends, colours, prints, and silhouettes to translate into fast fashion collections. • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure product ranges are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered on time.
What We’re Looking For • Experience as a womenswear designer, ideally in fast fashion or trend-led brands. • Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit. • Ability to produce accurate, detailed tech packs and communicate clearly with factories. • A creative eye with a strong sense of commerciality and speed to market. • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-output environment with tight deadlines.
