We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented Call Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for the wedding industry, enjoys connecting with people, and can create excitement and anticipation for an unforgettable event.
As our Call Setter, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to warm leads (no cold calling) who have already expressed interest in our services. You’ll gather key information about their event, build a genuine connection, and book an appointment with the business owner. This ensures the owner can tailor the show to their specific needs and close the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Contact leads provided by the Company (and, if agreed, those generated by the Call Setter).
Build rapport and create excitement about our services during calls.
Schedule appointments with potential clients on behalf of the Company.
Record and report all communications and updates in the Company’s CRM or preferred communication tool.
Follow the Company’s brand tone, guidance, and ethical standards.
Perform light administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic phone manner.
A genuine passion for the wedding industry and helping clients feel excited about their big day.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience using CRMs or similar communication tools (preferred, but training can be provided).
Hours & Commitment
Approximately 15 hours per week.
Flexible scheduling within agreed working hours.
