We are KADS Waste Management Pvt. Ltd., working in waste collection, recycling, and circular economy solutions. We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Application Developer to build a supply chain & traceability system for dry waste and recycled materials.
Key Requirements:
Experience in developing blockchain-based applications (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, or other relevant platforms).
Strong understanding of smart contracts and tokenization for supply chain use-cases.
Ability to design and implement traceability features (material tracking from collection → segregation → recycling).
Experience in frontend/backend development for blockchain apps (React.js, Node.js, APIs).
Knowledge of data security, immutability, and compliance standards.
Prior experience in waste management / recycling / supply chain projects is a big plus.

Blockchain-enabled web or mobile application
Smart contract development for supply chain transactions
Dashboard for admin, recyclers, and clients
Integration with QR codes/RFID for material traceability
