Description: We are looking for a specialist to set up our WhatsApp Business API and automation system so we can use WhatsApp as our primary nurture channel.
Objectives:
Set up WhatsApp Business account + API integration.
Connect it with our website forms, landing pages, and social channels (so when someone opts in, they go into WhatsApp flows).
Build out automation flows such as:
Welcome sequence (intro + positioning message).
Value drops (AI/marketing tips, blog/YouTube links).
Event reminders (webinars, live shows).
Offer/CTA flows (accelerators, AISEO packages, personal branding).
Ensure GDPR / opt-in compliance.
Provide documentation and handover so our internal team can manage after setup.
Pixel & Tagging setup, wire up Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, YouTube remarketing tags → so we can retarget each group separately.
Requirements:
Experience with WhatsApp Business API setup.
Familiarity with tools like Twilio, 360dialog, WATI, Respond.io, or Zapier integrations.
Ability to build multi-step flows and connect with CRM or Google Sheets.
Bonus: Experience linking WhatsApp with YouTube subscribers or social follow triggers.

Integrated with site/landing page opt-ins.
Pre-built templates for campaigns (welcome, nurture, reminders, offers).
Training / SOP for our team to manage going forward.
