Expected duration: Ongoing Concentrix is seeking a detail-driven and organized Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk to join our Finance team. This hybrid role supports financial accuracy and payroll compliance by maintaining transactional records and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and aligns with our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
-Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports for internal stakeholders.
-Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely payments, accurate calculations, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
-Manage payroll inputs such as timesheets, benefits, bonuses, and deductions in coordination with HR and Operations.
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits, delivering timely and professional support.
-Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
-Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with global finance processes and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or BPO environment.
-Good understanding of GAAP, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.
-High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
