We’re looking for an experienced bulk email specialist to send a campaign to 500,000 warm leads without triggering spam filters. These leads have shown interest in our services in the past.
Important: The campaign must be sent using your own warm SMTP server, domain, or setup to ensure optimal inbox delivery. We are not looking for shared platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid, as they are known to throttle or ban cold/warm emailing. Replies should be routed to our provided email address.
Email Campaign Details:
Volume: 500,000 contacts
Template: Includes reply-to address (see sample below)
Objective: High inbox rate and deliverability
Frequency: One-time campaign (with potential for more)
Note: The campaign does not need to be sent in a single blast, but should be delivered at a consistently high daily volume to ensure timely completion while maintaining strong deliverability.
