What We Need: We’re looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Growth Specialist — this could be a growth marketer, demand generation expert, or growth hacker with SaaS experience. The key is a proven ability to acquire and convert B2B SaaS customers online
Your Role: Audit current customer acquisition methods Design and execute a growth strategy using SEO, PPC, LinkedIn outreach, affiliates, and content. Experiment with creative / low-cost growth hacks to validate what works quickly. Optimize funnel from awareness → trial → activation → paying customer. Recommend and implement a modern SaaS growth stack (automation, CRM, retargeting, email). Deliver measurable results: qualified leads, lower CAC, higher trial-to-paid conversion.
Skills Required: Proven track record growing B2B SaaS products. Hands-on with growth & demand gen tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, SEO platforms). Comfortable running structured demand-gen campaigns and scrappy growth experiments. Data-driven, fast tester, able to measure and iterate.
