We are a sustainable packaging company based in London. We are looking for a Sample Manager to join us on a flexible, long-term basis, with potential for the role to expand into other areas in the future.
The role (initial duties): • Assemble and post client sample packs three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). • Packs include our compostable and recyclable bags (guidance provided by our Marketing Manager). • Use first-class stamps provided by us and place them into Royal Mail post boxes. • Post before the deadline for pickup by Royal Mail for your chosen post box.
What we provide: • All sample packs and postage materials. • Clear instructions on which samples to include.
What we’re looking for: • London-based (essential). • Reliable and organised. • Open to long-term, flexible work with the possibility of additional responsibilities in other departments later on.

This fixed price is based on every 50 sample packs posted in any given month. This is scalable if more need to be posted.
