About Us We’re a fast-growing consultancy that runs regular direct mail campaigns to generate leads. To support these campaigns, we want branded HubSpot email templates that are consistent, persuasive, and built for high response rates.
The Role
We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer with experience in:
• Designing high-quality email templates (ideally for HubSpot, but strong email design experience in other platforms is fine). • Translating offline campaign creative into clean, digital formats. • Creating layouts that are both on-brand and conversion-focused. • Working with brand guidelines, typography, and imagery to deliver a professional, trustworthy look and feel.

What We Need From You
• 2–3 reusable branded HubSpot email templates. • Fully responsive design (desktop & mobile). • Templates that can align with different campaign themes (service, speed, offers, etc.). • A simple, flexible design system we can use long-term.
Qualifying Task (Required to Apply)
To help us identify the right designer, please include with your application either:
1. A mock-up of a branded email header + CTA block based on your interpretation of a professional consultancy style — OR 2. Links to at least 2 email templates you’ve designed that you’re most proud of.
What We’re Looking For in a Designer
• A strong portfolio of email template design work. • Familiarity with HubSpot’s email builder (drag-and-drop & coded templates). • Ability to balance design quality with conversion performance. • Good communication and responsiveness. • Attention to detail — these templates will be the first impression for many prospects.
Budget & Scope
This is a per-project engagement to create our first set of HubSpot templates. If the fit is good, there will be opportunities for ongoing work.
