I’m based in the UK and currently work full-time, but a few years ago I started investing in property. Since then, I’ve become passionate about building long-term wealth through HMOs, Airbnb strategies, and development projects.

My big vision is to one day leave my job and create freedom for my wife and family through property investing. A big part of why I’m creating content on YouTube and across the internet is to attract potential partners — people who may have cash to invest but don’t have the time or knowledge to deliver property projects. The channel is my way of building credibility, sharing knowledge, and ultimately creating win-win business opportunities.
I’ve created YouTube videos myself in the past and understand the basics of filming and editing. However, I no longer have the time to dedicate to editing — which is why I’m now looking to outsource this role to a skilled editor who can help me take the channel to the next level.
Our goal is to create engaging, professional, and value-packed videos that position me as a trusted property investor, build the brand, and keep viewers coming back for more.
Responsibilities
At the start, this role will involve editing 1 YouTube video per week. Videos will be a mix of:
Sit-down talking head style content (educational, advice-led videos)
Editing footage into a polished 10–20 minute video each week
Adding branding elements such as intros, outros, lower thirds, and transitions
Cutting out filler words, mistakes, and long pauses while keeping delivery natural
Including relevant text overlays, callouts, and supporting graphics where appropriate
Sourcing and adding background music and sound effects (royalty-free)
Colour correction and audio balancing to ensure professional output
Delivering final edits in Final Cut Pro format so I can make tweaks if needed
Salary
Open to discussion depending on experience and turnaround times

Familiarity with property/business/educational-style YouTube content
Thumbnail design skills
Motion graphics or animation experience
Experience optimising video length, pacing, and retention for YouTube audiences
Trial Task
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid trial task. This will involve editing the first 3 minutes of a recorded video, so I can see your editing style, attention to detail, and turnaround time.

Verification – Skills will be tested through the trial task, but I’d also love to see examples of YouTube content or similar projects you’ve edited before.
