Summary We’re a growing small business looking for a reliable and experienced bookkeeper to keep our finances organized each month. What You’ll Do: - Handle monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (Intuit Online) - Reconcile bank and credit card statements - Organize and categorize expenses properly - Look for ways to maximize deductions and write-offs - Provide simple monthly reports we can understand - Communicate regularly about where we stand financially What We’re Looking For: - Years of hands-on experience doing bookkeeping for U.S.-based small businesses - Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online - Solid understanding of U.S. tax deductions and expense write-offs - Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with - Good communicator who explains things clearly Nice to Have: - Experience with service-based or automotive businesses - Comfort working alongside CPAs or tax professionals Job Details: - Ongoing monthly position (long-term role) - About 10–15 hours per month (can grow as we do) - Flexible schedule – as long as deadlines are met - Pay: hourly or monthly flat rate, depending on experience How to Apply: When you send your proposal, please include: - A quick intro about yourself and your bookkeeping background - Examples of how you’ve helped small businesses save money with deductions/write-offs - Your experience with QuickBooks Online
