Project Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The goal is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while ensuring strong ROI.
Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, engagement, retargeting). Conduct audience research and build custom/ lookalike audiences. Write and test ad copy, creative variations, and placements to improve performance. Monitor campaign results daily, analysing KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions). Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Suggest strategies for scaling campaigns effectively within budget.
Requirements: Proven experience running successful Facebook/Meta Ads (please share examples or case studies). Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager. Knowledge of pixel tracking, event setup, and retargeting strategies. Ability to work with both creative and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have: Experience in e-commerce and fashion/beauty brands. Understanding of A/B testing and funnel optimisation. Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms).
Budget & Duration:
Open to discussion based on experience (hourly or project-based). Initial 1–2 month project with potential for ongoing work if successful.
