I'm looking to close two Limited companies (A & B) and require the annual accounts to be submitted to CH for each company for the last (shortened) accounting period. The accounts should be fairly straight forward with minimal transactions (and no VAT) but company A has issued additional shares for the outstanding directors' loans, and company B converted a loan it provided to an unaffiliated company C into equity of company C and distributed those shares to the existing shareholders of company B. Company C already registered the new shareholders with their recent confirmation statement. I attached the statements from the previous accounting period for reference.
