Overview: I want to create a professional, bold, and visually striking monthly newsletter for my real estate business in Windsor-Essex. The purpose of this newsletter is twofold:
To serve as a branding tool that reinforces my professional image.
To act as a value-driven information guide for leads and clients, positioning me as their go-to local real estate expert.
What I’ll Provide:
The written copy/content each month.
Photos and images (property shots, community visuals, charts, etc.).
A template/example of what I envision for structure and layout.
My branding assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.).
Design Goals:
Bold and professional: Strong visual presence that leaves a lasting impression.
Easy to read: Clean layout with clear separation of sections, engaging headlines, and skimmable formatting.
Consistent branding: Incorporate my logo, fonts, and colors so the design feels cohesive and instantly recognizable.
Value-driven: It should feel like an “insider guide” that people look forward to receiving.
Format/Use:
Designed for email distribution (Mailchimp/Follow Up Boss or similar CRM).
Mobile-friendly and responsive.
Sections should be modular, so I can easily update content/photos each month.
Final deliverable must be a reusable, editable Canva template so I can update it on my own.
What I’m Looking For From You:
Take the copy, photos, and branding I provide and create a professional, engaging layout.
Deliver a reusable Canva template that I can edit month-to-month.
Use visual elements (icons, color blocks, infographics, etc.) to make information stand out.
Ensure best practices for email readability (proper font sizes, spacing, and clear CTA buttons).
End Goal: A branded monthly newsletter that makes a bold impression, provides upfront value, and establishes me as a trusted Windsor-Essex real estate expert, while giving me the flexibility to update and reuse the design each month.
