Expected duration: Ongoing Hi Pooja, Good day , I am looking to build a Sass at form using otter.ai . Our goal is to create an app. sales people will turn on the app at the time of sales appointment. The Ai will record and analyze the sales procedure after being trained on the sales script. We will report to the sales manager in an admin panel an analysis of each sales call. Give feed back on strengths and weakness of the sales person . With relation to the knowledge the Ai will have on the proven script and sales processes.
This will become a valuable tool for management guidance of sales team. Monitoring of best usage of every lead provided to each sales person.
Also we would like to create the ability for Sales Managers using the admin panel in office . Will need ability to listen live to the sales presentation remotely, giving the ability to send a message to in field sales representatives. Providing guidance when needed to save a sale.
The system must have a main admin for our operation function as well as sub account capability for each sub user
Initially our Beta market test will be 25 separate branches of the Klaus Roofing Systems company , based National Headquarters being in North Wyndham Connecticut.
Following successful Beta launch we will need ability to service 500 sub user accounts each with separate designated admin panel function.
This will enhance sales management abilities to provide more accurate understanding of every customer interaction rather than one or two appointments, per month riding along in person. We feel the absence of the manager on site for the ridealong also will show a more natural and unfiltered analysis of sales performance .
The app must work on Android and ios as well as an admin capability for pc on the sales management side. .
