Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Director to lead our online sales and digital growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from strategy and execution to optimization and customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, online merchandising, analytics, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement. Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment. Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and social media campaigns. Manage and optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, supply chain) to align strategies and operations. Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements. Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and integrations to enhance e-commerce performance. Lead, mentor, and grow the e-commerce team.
